Before your initial consultation, I will ask you to fill in a short health questionnaire and a 4-day food diary.
During your initial consultation, I will ask you specific questions to gain a better understanding of your current diet, lifestyle and work environment. I will also be asking you to set goals, these we can of course discuss together.
Within three days, I will send you your nutrition plan, with personal recommendations, food swaps and recipes that you will be encouraged to implement.
Optional follow-up consultations can be booked whenever you like, for further 1:1 coaching sessions or to find solutions to any challenges you may be facing.
