Before your initial consultation, I will ask you to fill in a short health questionnaire and a 4-day food diary. During your initial consultation, I will ask you specific questions to gain a better understanding of your current diet, lifestyle and work environment. I will also be asking you to set goals, these we can of course discuss together.
You will receive your nutrition plan with personalised recommendations, food swaps and recipes in two parts. This means I will not be giving you all recommendations at once. We will do this step by step.
This programme usually takes place between 4-6 weeks. In this time, you have e-mail support from me. What does this mean? This means you can e-mail me at any time with questions you may have, challenges you are facing or even just to keep me in the loop about any successful changes, no matter how small they are! I then get back to you as soon as I can from Mon - Fri. Obviously, the more information you provide me the more tailored my coaching can be.
