Before your first consultation, I will ask you to fill in a health questionnaire and a 7-day food diary.
During your first consultation, I will ask you specific questions to gain a better understanding of your current dietary intake as well as your lifestyle and work environment. The more information you provide me with, the more tailored my coaching can be!
I will also ask you to set goals, these we will of course discuss together.
Around three working days later, I will send you your personalised nutrition plan, including i.e meal and lifestyle recommendations, food swaps, tips and recipes.
We will also meet on this day, as I will go over your plan in person and answer any questions you may have.
We will also set the start date of your programme! (If you choose a 4 week programme, you have the possibility of extending to 8 or 12 weeks at any time.)
Your programme will now have started.
Every week you will send me your food diary and we will meet to review your goals and discuss your progress. I will also calculate your EatBetter points. Find out what you can gain from these points during your programme! *
These weekly consultations can be tailored around your needs and weekly schedule. They can therefore take place via zoom or if time is tight for you, via Email or WhatsApp.
You will also have the opportunity to receive support from me via Email or Whatsapp during the week.
*Your programme will be tailored to your personal development and therefore programme structure can vary from individiual to individual!
Your programme would now have come to an end but you have the opportunity to extend the programme by another 4 weeks as often as you like, until you feel you no longer need it!
Alternatively, individual follow-up sessions can be booked after completing a 12 week programme.

What are EatBetter points?

How long does the programme run for?
You can choose between 4, 8 or 12 weeks. You have the opportunity to extend the programme by an additional 4 weeks, as often as you like. Once you have completed 12 weeks and decide you no longer/do not wish to extend by 4 weeks, you can book optional 1:1 follow up appointments. Follow up appointments are recommended to aid weight loss maintenance and can take place 6 months or even 1 year after your programme end date.
Healthy weight loss is around 2-4 kg per month. Therefore, depending on your personal weight loss goal, I recommend following the programme for 8 - 12 weeks.
Can my spouse/partner join the programme at any time?
As each individual will receive their personalised nutrition plan before the start of the programme, it is important that your spouse/partner joins at the start too. They will not be able to join during the programme as they will not have received their personalised plan, which is an important component in my weight loss programme.
